The company started as Unispec Advisors & Associates in 2003. After establishing an executive market it was decided to incorporate Unispec Advisors into a company organisation - Bright Path Solutions (PTY) LTD
Consultation of Company Directors in conjunction with the Finance world, Marketing place, Legal & Training professions and a registered employer organization, are entered into an agreed joint venture.


The main core of the company is to assist its’ members and employers with Human Resources; Industrial Relations; Traffic & Licensing and Safty Health quality control Solutions in the Transport; engineering; farming and Construction sectors. When decided to incorporate Unispec Advisors & Associates into a company, a need was established to provide more services to our clients, which can be viewed in our services range. As the company is therefore investing in its’ clients / members and their employees, it was decided after several investigations to render the services as mentioned in the services range.


It is the company's view rather to ACT PRO-ACTIVE AS RE-ACTIVE. The company is in association with a B.E.E. company registered with SABS ISO 9001: 2000 and accredited by the Mines and Minerals Seta (MQA) and Education training qualifications authority (ETQA). Due to this, the company is registered with the (ETQA) as competent Trainers, Assessors and Moderators.
