The main purpose is to educate the agent continuously to become a successful agent for the full term of the agreement.

Furthermore it will be expected of the agent to constantly improve his/her knowledge of Labour and traffic dispute legal aid service,human relations and business skills, administration & support.

To achieve this, the agent has to meet a certain criteria as stated in the main agreement as well as this manual. Through constant education, the agent will be given the change to be part of a network of positive, competent people maintaining basic principles.

The business manual obviate certain aspects of the business that's needed to accomplish the objectives of the company, namely Labour and Traffic dispute legal aid service in every area in RSA and abroad.

The primary purpose of the company is to make the Labour and Traffic dispute, Legal aid service or Administration & Support available to every area in the RSA, Namibia and abroad.

The Labour and Traffic dispute legal aid service or Administration & Support purport the bringing about of a shop or premises where disputes and services to employers will be handled by the agent.

The agent will be educated not only in the sales of services but also to render a service to our clients/members regarding the assistance to businesses. The agent will be trained to arranging disputes and support in the CCMA and Bargaining Council and to provide administration & support.

The company maintain the exclusive right to supply all equipment, accessories and material and training to the agent with the means to obtain competitive prices and at the long run, become an affordable direct service provider.

This business will be available in several affordable packages to the agents. This will enable her/him to qualify for establishment of a service point in her/his community.

 

The Benefits of business.

To be part of the business in motion and to expose the agent and businesses (employers) to an organized network of sales and services. The agent will be notified of all the newest developments and law amendments. The agent will have the support of a skilled team who will be available for most of the general service providing problems.

A network of clients will be establish so that the services will be in reach of all businesses. A combination of the company and agents as leaders will be attaining within some extend of uniformity. The company structures a bargaining power to the benefit of the agents and businesses (employers).

Along training negotiating dexterity will be obtained in every area.


Packages/facets

 

Every agent will be able to begin the business through means of his/her own knowledge gained, skills and dedication as well as items information and equipment needed.

Items and equipment will be handed to the agent after the initial payment.

The agent will be recommended to buy additional equipment needed.

Part as the initial starting package includes manuals, remuneration schedules and proposed contracts as well as litigation accounts.

This must be worked through by the agent as soon as possible to gain the basic knowledge of Labour Traffic Dispute Legal aid, service, human relations and for administration & support.


Courses

During the term of agreement the agent must successfully complete the internal training courses and employment training presented by and paid for by the company.

So the agent already be qualified, he/she will only have to attend to the employment training.

Accountancy

Each agent's accounting of his/her business will be done and kept up to date by the agent self under the highest faithfulness and loyalty.

The employers independent authorized auditors will have insight into the agent's accountancy system.

The computerized program PASTEL will be part of the agent's starting package.

In corporation with the auditors the necessary books, invoices etc. will be propose so all the agents will use the same system

Except for the starting packet, all other material needed will be at the agents own costs.

 

Trade embargo.

The agent is prohibited to buy any items, books, equipment or material from any other merchant without the company's written consent.

Delivery.

Delivery of goods will be within 24 to 48 hours if possible.

The standard delivery fee will apply.

Where and when available other equipment can be ordered upon a deposit agreement.

The maximum delivery time will be seven working days.

Education benefits.

The benefits of the agent according to his/her training and education will be paid by the company.

Benefits of turnover

If the agent's business turnover is above a certain target, there are some benefits towards him.

Sale benefits.

Agents can sell the concept of the main agreement/contract to a third party.

If any secondary contract follows, the agent will benefit from this. This is listed in annexure HD8".

The agents may also introduce the business concept to any other possible agent, whereafter the agent will receive some information and books from the company, once the new agent has been signed with the other agent.

 

11. Industrial – Business premises.

The operating premises of the business must be readily accessible to the public.

The company has the right to expect from the agent the upgrading of the premises from time to time so that the Trademark and name of the business clearly presentable show.

The working department must be out of sight of the public.

A good security system must be installed and in good working order.

The Trademark must be shown in the form and colors provided by the company, preferably on a display window.

The telephone numbers of the business and agent must be clearly visible on the outside of the premises.

12. Trademark.

Trademarks have to be according to the company's perceptive as listed in annexure "HD9".

13. Service rendered tariffs.

The company is entitled to recover remuneration of the agent if the company's employment is used for service rendered.

Remuneration rates are stated in annexure "HD10".

14. Products and modules.

Products and modules listed in annexure "HD11".

15. Patents.

Patent rights listed in annexure "HD12".
